Four super-efficient fans, a gravity door and the optional remote control make the Ventura 1700 a compact marvel and easy-install option for smaller homes and tight attic spaces.  It comes standard with a wall mounted touch controller for speed and timer control.

The Ventura 1700 has a gravity backdraft damper door and white cube core grille. Airflow rated at 1983 Q-CFM™ (1545 CFM HVI-916 - CA Title 24 airflow)**. 

This unit includes: Ventura 1700 whole house fan unit, gravity backdraft damper insert, white powder coated cube core grille, Digital Touch Controller and CAT5 cabling.
