For bathrooms we recommend either the Fantech FD-60EM timers or Marktime fan delay timers. Most inline fans such as Fantech or S&P are quiet enough that they can be accidentally left on. Fan delay timers are a nice option if humidity buildup is an issue, as they make sure the fan stays on even after the lights are turned off.
