#1 Q:   can we get the floor registers made with a 2 inch flange?
A:   Unfortunately no. In the Dayus line, we have lots of flexibility on the overall size but the flange width is fixed. You might consider the Flat Perforated Custom grilles where the flange can be made as required. http://www.hvacquick.com/products/residential/Grilles-Registers/Perforated-Custom-Grilles

#2 Q:   Is this paint-able if the Color is not what we wanted?
A:   Yes. Get the silver color as that is the best one to act as primer.

#3 Q:   Is this applicable for concrete floor?
A:   Any type of flooring is fine, so long as you measure the opening, as the grille goes down inside.

#4 Q:   What weight will this grill support?
A:   Technically speaking it is 400 pounds per round inch...Think like a chair leg or something. They are well built and quite robust.
