#1 Q:   Can you let me know this Hidden FLange Grille is different from other Grilles? Advantages?
A:   These are used when you do not want to see a flange after installation. A typical flange is 1 to 1.5 inches all the way around. These are permanently installed (which can be a disadvantage) but they offer that no flange clean look that some people prefer.
