The MV-180 coupled directly to your exterior vent creates one of the shortest and most efficient vent paths possible. This short, direct vent path gives you maximum vent port velocity, which gives you greater lint ejection and optimal dryer performance. Whenever possible, locate your dryer on the exterior wall and couple the MV-180 directly to your exterior vent. It's a simple installation that maximizes dryer's efficiency and safety, and it has a clean, finished look!
The MV-180 can handle offsets of up to 3 inches from center to center. See the installation manual for offsets greater than 3 inches.
