|#1||Q: Does the FD60EM switch operate only the fan, or the fan/ light combination. can the light be switched on/off separately from this switch
A: The FD60EM will switch whatever is attached to it as one device. It can be either a single fan or the fan/light combo. It cannot switch those individually.

|#3||Q: Does the FD60EM have an on/off override, or does it only offer timed on/off options? Meaning, can I turn the unit on and off WITHOUT using the timer feature?
A: You can always turn it OFF (there is an off button), but turning ON is only for timed operation (no dedicated on button).

A: It does fit in a standard single gang space, and will integrate nicely with other switches of that style.

|#8||Q: I do not have a neutral in the box. Will the switch work? Is it hard to upgrade to have a neutral?
A: You need a neutral for the FD60EM timers to work. It might difficult depending on access - you should consult an electrician who can evaluate your house wiring.
