|#1||Q: What is the difference between the 2.5e WHF-XR and the 2.5e WHF (Non XR)
A: The XR has a higher R Value to the doors.

|#2||Q: Can the damper be mounted on a vertical attic wall? Will it still seal properly? And will vertical mounting increase the noise level because there would be no 90 degree bend in the duct?
A: As the doors are motorized, that orientation is no problem...The fan will be slightly louder with no bend but as it so quiet to begin with, it will likely be not noticeable.

The AirScape 1.7 WHF has four high quality fans yielding 1,712 CFM. Installation is drop-in. Electrically actuated insulated door with our true-seal technology (R-47 on XR).
The AirScape 4.4e WHF exhausts 4400 CFM and is extremely energy efficient (ECM motor). The damper doors close when the fan is off providing an insulated seal (R-49 on XR).
